Beef with Fried Peppers & onions

This recipe features our Chopped Garlic, Fried Peppers & Onions, and our new Narrow Dutch Egg Noodles!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb. ground beef

  • 1 15oz. can of diced tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View’s Chopped Garlic

  • 6oz. of Bell-View Fried Peppers & Onions

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 tsp. ground pepper

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 bag of Bell-View Dutch Egg Noodles, prepared according to package.

RECIPE:

  1. Brown ground beef in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Once ground beef is cooked through, add 6oz. of Bell-View Fried Peppers & Onions and 1 15oz. can of diced tomatoes. Lets simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Whilst simmering, in a separate pot make noodles according to package instructions.

  4. Once noodles are cooked and strained, add to beef & peppers mixture and then simmer together for 5 minutes.
