2. Do you offer coupons?
Here at Bell-View, we feel that it is more cost effective for the customer to offer a great value for our products routinely, rather than periodically with coupons. Though often we do have several offerings for our Family Members. Join the family to receive different offerings monthly.
3. Can I purchase the product by the jar on the website?
Most of our items are sold by the case. A case holds 6 items. We also offer a 3 Pack variety for 16oz. and 12oz items. We rely on our strong base of retailers for single jar purchases. We do offer a Build-A-Case option which allows the customer to choose select items denoted in the product description for their case.
4. Are your products Kosher?
All of our Kosher products are denoted on the label.
5. Why is my Apparel order SEPARATE?
Apparel orders are shipped from a different department.
6. Are your products Gluten Free?
All of our Gluten-Free products are denoted on the label.
7. Where is Penn, PA?
Penn, PA, home of Bell-View Brand Foods, is about 20 miles East of Pittsburgh, PA.
8. Why is shipping so expensive?
Our products are heavy and fragile that must be packed in a specific box. Our shipping is through UPS, we do not set UPS shipping prices. Check our shipping page for more information.
9. Why is your online pricing higher than in store?
The main reason why our online pricing is higher than in-store has to do with packing medium. In order to garuntee safe delivery, we have to invest in quality packing medium that supports items that are both fragile and heavy. This packing medium must also pass safety standards for courier shipping via UPS. We invest in sturdy packing medium in order to reduce the amount of damages that should occur during the shipping process. This is done to ensure safe delivery.
10. Where do I find the expiration date on your products?
There is a code on the lid that reads as such: BVA2020. This is the item’s pack date. Our products are good for three years after the pack date if left unopened. To read the pack date, follow this code.
BV: Bell-View, A-L: The month (A=January, B=February, etc.), First set of numbers: the day, Second set of numbers: the year.
In our example, BVA2020. the product was packed on January 20, 2020.
IF there is an X listed in the code, this is the expiration date. For example, BVXA2020 would mean that the product expires on January 20, 2020.
11. What accessibility features are on your website?
We have partnered with a company called UserWay to help our website offer a better online shopping experience to those who are disabled. There are many different features that can help provide support. This tool can be found in the lower left-hand corner of our website.
