Bell-View’s Pepperoncini Roast

Bell-View’s Golden Greek Pepperoncini products are versatile and delicious! This recipe results in a hot & sweet, garlicy chuck roast that makes for an amazing dinner. Gotta love a crockpot meal!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3-4 pounds) chuck roast

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 3 Bell-View’s Garlic Pepperoncini Peppers (3 tbsp. of juice)

  • 3 Bell-View’s Hot & Sweet Pepperoncini Peppers (3 tbsp. of juice)

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the chuck roast. Sear roast on both sides. 

  2. Place roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and the au jus mix. Place peppers on top of the mixes, and add the butter. Add in the juice.

  3. Cook over low heat for 8 hours.
