Bread & Butter Fried Chicken Sandwich

Bell-View’s Garlic Bread & Butter Cucumber Chips are the BOMB. We’ve created a recipe that’s sure to dazzle tomorrow night’s dinner. Who doesn’t love fried chicken? Our secret ingredient in Garlic Bread & Butter Cucumber Chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb chicken beast

  • Garlic Bread & Butter Pickle brine and pickles

  • Favorite oil  for frying

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper

  • 2 large eggs

  • milk

  • sandwich buns

    Instructions:

  • Firmly pound chicken with the smooth side of a meat mallet to an even thickness. Cut each breast in half and place in a plastic bag. Pour brine over the chicken and let sit for a few hours.

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk the eggs and milk together in a separate bowl.

  • Drain liquid from the chicken and rinse.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.

  • Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the egg-milk mixture. Continue until reached desired breading consistency.

  • Deep-fry chicken. 3-5 minute one each side depending on thickness. Let rest on a rack for 5 minutes.

  • Make sandwiches to taste with condiments.
