cabbage and noodles

This recipe features our Chopped Garlic and our new Wide Dutch Egg Noodles!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsps. olive oil divided

  • 1 stick butter, unsalted

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 30oz. cabbage, chopped

  • 1 tbsp, Bell-View’s Chopped Garlic

  • 200g of Bell-View’s Wide Dutch Egg Noodles, prepared

  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

RECIPE:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

  2. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  3. Add butter and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add cabbage and garlic. Cook until tender (10-15 minutes). Stir in noodles and salt & pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through.

  5. Add your favorite protein for more of stop dinner!
