cheeseburger soup
This recipe features Bell-View Chopped Garlic, Hot & Sweet Cucumber Chips, and Hearty Beef Soup base!

INGREDIENTS:1/2 lb. of lean ground beef
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 medium chopped onion
2 medium chopped carrots
1 tbsp. Bell-View’s Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3 1/2 cups of Prepared Hearty Beef Bell-View Soup Base
3 diced yellow potatoes (13 oz)
12 oz of fresh cauliflower
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3oz. of Bell-View’s Hot & Sweet Cucumber Chips
2 tbsp. Hot & Sweet Cucumber Chips brine
RECIPE:
Brown ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Once cooked, drain the beef.
In a medium bowl, melt butter and then add in the chopped vegetables. Once cooked down, add in the garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Once vegetables are soft, add in the flour and salt and pepper. Cook for a moment.
Add in the prepared Beef Bass, potatoes, and cauliflower and stir. Cook on medium heat until cauliflower is soft.
Once cooked down, removed the cauliflower and blend in a food processor. Add in some broth to make it smooth and creamy!
Then add it back to the soup with the Hot & Sweet Cucumber Chips and the brine. Warm for 5 minutes.
