french onion casserole

This recipe features our Chopped Garlic and new Dutch Egg Noodles.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12oz. lean ground beef.

  • 6oz. Bell-View Dutch Wide Egg Noodles

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View Chopped Garlic

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 6oz. French Onion Dip (I used the store brand)

  • 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1-2 tbsp. parsley

  • 1-2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

RECIPE:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Cook noodles according to package. While preparing noodles, brown ground beef in a skillet. Add salt, pepper, and garlic.

  3. In a small bowl, combine French Onion Dip and condensed cream of mushroom soup.

  4. Drain noodles and add ground beef and French dip mixture together. Add to an 8 x 8 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
