Bell-View’s Taste the Fruit 1st Preserves is perfect for your morning toast but did you know that it could also be used in cooking? We’ve taken and adapted this recipe to create a decadent dinner that’s sure to impress your friends and family!

PRO TOP: Shred it and put it on a sandwich!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 chicken breasts (thawed)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 Jar of Bell-View’s Taste the Fruit 1stHot Pepper Peach Preserves

  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce

  • ¼ cup Bell-View’s Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View’s Honey Mustard

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • salt and pepper to taste 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Bell-View’s Hot Pepper Peach Preserves, soy sauce, honey mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. 

  2. Heat pan and cook chicken breasts on medium heat on both sides for 4 minutes. Add in chopped onion then cook until softened. 

  3. Place the chicken breasts and onions in the crockpot. Pour the Hot Pepper Peach Preserves sauce over the chicken and onions.

  4. Cook on high for 4 hours.
