kosher midgets cheeseball

Bell-View’s Dill Kosher Midgets are bright and fresh tasting. Adding them to a decadent Cheese Ball recipe is the perfect ingredient to compliment

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup chopped Dill Kosher Midgets

  • 2 tbsp. dill pickle juice

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped small, divided

  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, add 1 cup of Kosher Midgets and 2 tbsp. pickle juice. Grind together. 

  2. Dump mixture into a bowl with cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Combine with a hand mixer until smooth. 

  3. Add in half of cheddar cheese and chopped bacon and mix.

  4. With wet hands, form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour to set. 

  5. When ready to serve, let stand in room temp for 30 minutes, then enjoy.
