pumpkin butter french toast

We used Bell-View’s newest product for this recipe. Grade A Maple Syrup, along with some other BV favorites, Taste the Fruit 1st Pumpkin Butter and Apple Juice.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Taste the Fruit 1st Pumpkin Butter

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 3 eggs

  • ¼ cup Bell-View’s Apple Juice

  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice

  • 8 slices of bread

Instructions:

  1. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and preheat a skillet on medium heat.

  2. Lightly coat each side of the bread with the mixture. Cook on each side for 3 minutes.

  3. Serve with butter and Bell-View’s Maple Syrup!
