Antipasto Squares

This recipe features our Chopped Garlic,Fire Roasted Red Sweet Peppers, and Hot & Sweet Pepperoncini.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4oz. chopped pepperoni

  • 4oz. chopped salami

  • 4oz. chopped deli ham

  • 4oz. provolone or mozzarella (shredded)

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 8oz. cans of Pillsbury crescent roll sheets

  • 1 jar of Fire Roasted Red Sweet Peppers 12oz., chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Bell-View Chopped Garlic

  • 3 Hot & Sweet Pepperoncini, chopped

  • 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

RECIPE:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.

  2. Unroll one package of refrigerated crescent roll and press into bottom of prepared pan.

  3. Layer ham, cheese, salami, pepperoni, pepperoncini and red peppers, on top of the dough.

  4. Unroll second can of refrigerated crescent rolls, and place on top of peppers. Press seams to seal.

  5. Whisk together eggs, parmesan cheese and pesto. Pour over crescent rolls. Cover pan with aluminum foil.

  6. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
