Fulfillment Policy

Orders are fulfilled within three business days from date of the order. All Bell-View website orders are hand picked and packed by a member of our fulfillment team. Orders are packed at our discretion. Once the order is packed carefully and securely by the fulfillment team, the order is processed and is then moved to ship. If an item purchased is out of stock, the customer is notified within three business days of the order date. We will then communicate with the customer to discuss their next steps. Our end goal is customer satisfaction.

Return and Exchange Policy

Bell-View Brand Foods, Lee-Thompson Fawcett Co. Inc. does not accept returns of any kind as our products are packed in glass and we cannot guarantee a safe journey back to our establishment. If an item is damaged or lost please reach out to us via phone or email. Visit the contact page for that information or drop us a line in the chat box below.

Discounts

Discounts of any kind are not stackable and only one discount will be honored at a time. Meaning if you are receiving a 10% off automatic discount, you cannot use any additional discount code as well with that order. Shipping is excluded from the discount total. Discounts are applied to the item total, not the full total with shipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted at the discretion of Bell-View Foods, Lee-Thompson Fawcett Co. Inc. with customer satisfaction in mind.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

When a package is set to ship, the courier shipper (chosen by customer at checkout) will pick up the order at our facility. That order then traverses the country to the chosen destination. Packages arrive within 1-5 days of shipment. If a delay should arise, a member of the fulfillment team will notify the customer. Once a package leaves our establishment, it is no longer the responsibility of Bell-View Foods, Lee-Thompson Fawcett Co. Inc. That responsibility lies in the courier shipper (UPS or FedEx).

Damage Policy

Those who have experienced a damaged package should contact Bell-View Foods, Lee-Thompson Fawcett Co. Inc. via email or phone. This can be found on our contact page. If there is a damaged package, please contact us directly as this gives a chance to make it right with you. We also ask that customers submit photo evidence of the damages so that we can make a claim with courier Shipment Company.

Cancelation Policy

Orders can be canceled within one business day of order date. Any cancelation request after that time will be managed at the discretion of Bell-View Foods, Lee-Thompson Fawcett Co. Inc.

FULFILLMENT BUSINESS DAYS

Our fulfillment team packs orders Monday through Friday. Our fulfillment team is not available on major holidays.
