blueberry Crisp
This recipe features our Taste the Fruit 1st Blueberry Preserves!
INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats (or quick-cooking)
6 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
½ cup halved walnuts
1½ tsps. ground cinnamon
1 jar of Bell-View Taste the Fruit 1st Blueberry Preserves
1 tbsp. cornstarch
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix all ingredients (except preserves and cornstarch) in a large mixing bowl.
Press half of mixture into a 6 x 6 inch baking pan.
Mix preserves and cornstarch into a separate bowl and add on top of the 1st layer of the mixture.
Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the preserves and bake for 45 minutes.
