Blueberry overnight oats

Who doesn’t love overnight oats? Overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast that seamlessly fits into your busy day. Adding Bell-View’s Blueberry Preserves creates a welcoming flavor to this classic breakfast. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp of Taste the Fruit 1st Blueberry Preserves

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a jar or other container

  • Stir and mix

  • Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight

  • In the morning, heat overnight oats then mix in 2 tbsp of Taste the Fruit 1st Blueberry Preserves
