INGREDIENTS:

PER BOX MIX

  • 1 package of Devil’s Food Cake Box Mix

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 jar of Bell-View Taste the Fruit 1st Cherry Preserves

  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp. butter

    RECIPE:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Prepare a bundt cake pan with cooking spray

  3. In a stand mixer, combine box cake mix, eggs, and oil.

  4. Once well combined, add the Cherry Preserves to the mix.

  5. After the mixture is well combined, pour into the bundt pan. It will be very watery.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes.

  7. For the glaze, combine butter and heavy cream in a pot and simmer. Once combined add to white chocolate chips. Set aside occasionally stirring.

  8. After cake is cool, glaze the cake!
