hot JALAPEÑO pimento Cheese spread

We used several Bell-View items to make this recipe. Try it out at your next party!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3oz. Mayo

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon Bell-View Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Siracha

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 cup sharp white cheddar

  • 1oz. Velveeta cheese

  • ½ jar Bell-View Stuffed Manzanilla Olives

  • ¼ cup Bell-View Sliced Jalapenos

  • 3 tbsp. Bell-View Honey

  • Crackers or something else for dipping.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray, then set aside.

  2. Using a hand mixer, beat mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, honey, siracha, salt, and pepper on medium-high speed until mostly smooth, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Then add shredded cheeses, olives and jalapenos (chopped),  to bowl. Use a spatula to gently fold all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Pour cheese mixture into prepared baking dish and gently smooth out the top so that it’s flat. Then add Velveeta to the mix in cubes.

  5. Bake dip for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Serve immediately or place contents into a small crockpot on low to keep it warm for the length of the party.
