Hot Pepper PEach Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced

  • 2 tsp. salt, or to taste

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • ½ jar of Taste the Fruit 1st Hot Pepper Peach Preserves

  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp. onion powder

  • 1⁄2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

RECIPE:

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados and stir in salt to taste. Mix in the tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon juice and lime juice. Then add in the Hot Pepper Peach Preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
