Scallops
Butter
Salt
Rice
Green Onion
Taste the Fruit 1st Hot Pepper Peach Preserves
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash and dry scallops. Let the dry on a paper towel and set aside.
2. Cook rice according to package.
3. Place butter in a pan over medium heat with half cup of Hot Pepper Peach Preserves and tbsp of water. Reduce over heat to make syrup.
4. Cook scallops on each side (2-3minutes).
5. Place rice in a baking dish. Once evenly spread, put the scallops on top with green onion and salt.
6. Toss Hot Pepper Peach syrup over rice and scallops
7. Serve.
