hot & sweet cornbread

This recipe features our Hot & Sweet Diced Jalapeños or any other pickled item! This recipe is both spicy & sweet which makes for an interesting side dish that pairs well with anything!

INGREDIENTS:

PER BOX MIX

  • 1 package of Cornbread Box Mix

  • 1 eggs

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 2.5 oz. butter, melted

  • 1/2 jar of Hot & Sweet Diced Jalapenos

  • 4oz. cheddar cheese

    RECIPE:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Prepare a baking dish with butter.

  3. In a stand mixer, combine box mix, egg, and melted butter.

  4. Place half of the jar of Hot & Sweet Diced Jalapenos

  5. Then mix the diced pickles into the batter.

  6. Add cheese to batter and mix well.

  7. After the mixture is well combined, pour into the pan.

  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
