Hot & Sweet humus
This week’s recipe highlights our Hot & Sweet Cucumber Chips and Chopped Garlic!
INGREDIENTS:
1 15.5-ounce cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp. Bell-View Chopped Garlic
½ cup Hot & Sweet Cucumber Chips, diced and more for garnish
⅓ cup tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp.olive oil
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse the garbanzo beans and drain.
Put everything into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Swerve with your favorite cracker
