Bell-View’s Dill Kosher Midgets are bright and fresh tasting. Adding them to a decadent Cheese Ball recipe is the perfect ingredient to compliment
Ingredients:
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped Dill Kosher Midgets
2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped small, divided
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a food processor, add 1 cup of Kosher Midgets and 2 tbsp. pickle juice. Grind together.
Dump mixture into a bowl with cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Combine with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add in half of cheddar cheese and chopped bacon and mix.
With wet hands, form the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
When ready to serve, let stand in room temp for 30 minutes, then enjoy.
