pumpkin butter french toast
We used Bell-View’s newest product for this recipe. Grade A Maple Syrup, along with some other BV favorites, Taste the Fruit 1st Pumpkin Butter and Apple Juice.
Ingredients:
¼ cup Taste the Fruit 1st Pumpkin Butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
¼ cup Bell-View’s Apple Juice
1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
8 slices of bread
Instructions:
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and preheat a skillet on medium heat.
Lightly coat each side of the bread with the mixture. Cook on each side for 3 minutes.
Serve with butter and Bell-View’s Maple Syrup!
