roasted sweet potatoes
This recipe features our Grade A Maple Syrup!
INGREDIENTS:
4 large sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. Grade A Maple Syrup
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 450 F
Peel and chop sweet potatoes into cubes. Line a baking sheet and place prepared sweet potatoes on the baking sheet.
Mix olive oil and maple syrup and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients until well combined.
Cover sweet potatoes with oil and maple syrup and toss with hands. Once well tossed, add the spices on top.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
