Seedless black raspberry cheeseball

We used our Taste the Fruit 1st Seedless Black Raspberry Preserves for this recipe! The base of the is recipe was graciously shared by Annette D. in Greensburg, PA!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 8oz. cream cheese

  • 6-8oz of grated white cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup dried onions (crushed)

  • 2 tbsp. mayo

  • 1/4 cup bacon bits

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 2-3oz of warm Taste the Fruit 1st Sdls. Black Raspberry Preserves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large glass mixing bowl, gently warm cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds (until gently soft).

  2. Place a food scale under large glass bowl and measure out 4-6oz of grated white cheddar. Then add mayo.

  3. Add dried onions to a bag and crush. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Then add bacon bits.

  4. Stir until just combined, then form cheese into a ball shape and let chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Add 2-3oz of Seedless Black Raspberry Preserves to a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.

  6. Pour warmed preserves over cheeseball and serve with your favorite cracker.
