soy sauce glazed chicken

This is an easy weeknight dinner that’s sure to satisfy your family.



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb. chicken breast (cut into cutlets)

  • Salt and pepper

  • ¼ cup cornstarch

  • 2 ½ Tbsp. Bell-View Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. fish sauce

  • 2 ½ tbsp. Bell-View Honey

  • 1 ½ tbsp. Bell-View Chopped Garlic

  • 1 tbsp. Bell-View Hot Cauliflower brine

  • 1 tbsp. avocado or sesame oil

  • Bell-View Narrow Egg Noodles

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Stir soy sauce, chopped garlic, honey, fish sauce, and brine in a small pot and heat on low.

  2. cut chine breast into cutlets. Mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper together and coat each side of chicken breast in mixture.

  3. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add each piece of chicken and cocoon both sides for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add partially cooked chicken to a plate, turn heat down to low in frying pan and add sauce. Add chicken back and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.

  6. Serve with hot cauliflower chopped into pieces for added spice.
