tangy chicken
This recipe features our horseradish! Tangy Horseradish Sauce in specific but you could always use the Cranberry variety too! This dinner takes about 30 minute to prepare all together which makes for an easy night in the kitchen.
INGREDIENTS:
16oz. Raw Chicken Breast
3.5 oz.Mayo
0.5 oz. Tangy Horseradish or Cranberry Horseradish
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Red pepper
Salt and Pepper to Taste
4 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 375 F
Add all ingredients (except Parmesan cheese) and mix well.
Place patted dry, raw chicken breasts on a prepared baking sheet. Then add the mayo mixture on top of each chicken breast.
Add Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and bake for 20 minute.
Let cool and serve with sides of your choosing.
